| 返品・キャンセル | 予約手数料は席の確保に対する対価であり、確定後の返金はできません（当社・お店の都合による取消を除く）。お客様都合の直前キャンセル・無断キャンセルには、お店のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。お店がキャンセル料を求めた場合、当社がその額をお店に立て替えて支払い、同額をお客様の登録カードに請求することがあります（上乗せはせず、当社のサービス料ではありません）。当社の責めによりキャンセルとなった場合、キャンセル料は当社が負担します。2026年9月22日より前に受け付けたご依頼・ご購入（旧料金のご依頼、旧 Members プラン、旧 Trip Pass・食の日程の設計）は、受付・購入時の条件で完了します。 |

English summary

- Prices (tax included): booking fee ¥6,000 per seat for a restaurant in our collection and ¥12,000 per seat for any other restaurant, determined by the restaurant at which the table is secured and charged only when a table is secured; free membership ¥0; other arrangements beyond the booking are quoted individually by email.
- Payment: card via Stripe. The booking fee is charged only after you approve the table we secured and we confirm with the house. Individually quoted arrangements are charged when their content is agreed and arrangement begins. Your card issuer’s exchange fees are yours.
- Cancellation: the booking fee is non-refundable once the table is confirmed (unless we or the house cancel). If you cancel late or do not attend, the restaurant’s own cancellation policy applies; where the restaurant charges a fee, we may pay it on your behalf and charge the same amount to your registered card — nothing added, and not a fee for our service. If a cancellation is caused by us, we bear the fee. Requests accepted and purchases made before 22 September 2026 (including requests at the former fee, the former Members plans and the former Trip Pass and dining schedule design) are completed on the terms at the time.
