About this house

Since June 2026 the house runs four evening sittings with reservation priority and keeps some free seats for walk-ins; lunch cannot be reserved. In crab season (from November) the kani-men is pre-ordered with the table and sells out.

How do I book Kanazawa Oden Akadama from abroad?

Kanazawa Oden Akadama takes reservations through own site, Hotpepper, which you can use from abroad. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥6,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
