No fixed release day is published: the official site takes bookings online through TableCheck (2-6 guests, card required). On 18 October 2026 TableCheck listed the November-December 2026 course and a 2027 course bookable from 6 January 2027, plus a cancellation waitlist.

Exceptions and seasons

Single-start service: lunch 12:00 and dinner 18:00 (doors 11:30 and 17:30); from January 2027 dinner runs two seatings, 18:00 and 18:30. Closed about six days a month, mainly Mondays. The course takes 2.5-3 hours. Men: jacket or collared shirt.
