OMAKASE only, no walk-ins. Every Sunday at 16:00 JST the coming Wednesday–Saturday is released; the week is usually gone within minutes. ¥390 per seat fee.

What to expect: Tabelog Award Silver 2025–26 ramen counter (17 seats). Blogs report the whole week sells out within about ten minutes of the Sunday drop.
