Bookings for each crab season open every year on 1 September on TableCheck (official site). For the 2026–27 season the TableCheck courses list bookable dates from 8 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. Same-day bookings are taken by phone.

Exceptions and seasons

Open only during the matsuba crab season (about early November to late March); closed the rest of the year. Lunch one seating at 11:30; dinner two seatings at 17:30 and 20:30, all guests start together.
