Charcoal-grilled Okukuji shamo, a JAS-certified jidori from Ibaraki. 33 seats at counter and tables; Friday and Saturday counter seats are the first to fill.

The official menu lists courses at ¥9,800, ¥11,800 and ¥13,800; 10% service is added to the pre-tax subtotal. On 4 October 2026 the house's site showed open seats on most evenings of the coming week and suggested phoning for one guest or three or more. Same-day cancellation ¥11,000 per person, free until the day before. Corkage ¥5,000. Directly off Ginza Station exit C6.
