How the book opens
No release rule is published. Book on the restaurant's ResReserve page (linked from the official site) or by phone; reservations must be made at least two days ahead. The restaurant calls each party two days before the visit.
Exceptions and seasons
Lunch 12:00–15:00 (last order 13:00) and dinner 18:00–22:00 (last order 20:00). Closed Sundays, public holidays and over the New Year. Ten counter seats only. Guests junior-high-school age and older; no shorts or sandals.

How do I book Ginza Jotaki from abroad?
Ginza Jotaki takes reservations online through ResReserve, which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
