Phone only. From 15:00 JST on the first business day of each month the house takes bookings through the end of the following month, in three fixed sittings.

Phone line: ☎ 03-3498-4629 from 15:00 on the first business day; late evening (around 23:00) on other days
What to expect: Aoyama's benchmark wagyu counter. Reports describe two to three hours of redialling on release day; cancellations a few days out are the realistic back door.
