No release day: the house takes bookings by phone at any time, and Ikyu sells plans for the Usuki honten online

Exceptions and seasons

Usuki tora-fugu is served year-round; grilled shirako (milt) is on the top course only December–March, and from July to September the fugu hot-pot course is replaced by a chef's dish. The summer-only fugu set lunch (May–October, 20 servings a day) must be booked by the previous day.
