About this house
Ishigaki beef specialist run by a butcher shop: the owner buys whole cattle at the weekly Ishigaki auction and cuts the meat fresh every day without freezing. Yakiniku such as special loin ¥3,180; lunch sirloin steak set 100 g ¥4,500 (official menu).

Phone only: bookings are taken from one month before the visit date (official site). Tabelog notes that only dinner can be reserved. The shop says it may not always be able to answer the phone.
Exceptions and seasons
Lunch 11:00-14:00 (last order 13:30, ends when sold out) and dinner 17:00-21:00 (last order 20:30); closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with occasional extra closures. Bookings up to 6 people; groups of 7 or more cannot be seated.
