How the book opens
Table bookings open one month ahead, on the same date of the previous month (for example, 13 August opens on 13 July). Book by phone or through the restaurant's LINE account; on peak eel days such as Doyo no Ushi, private rooms and some tables are taken by phone only.
Exceptions and seasons
11:00–21:00 (last order 20:30). Closed Tuesdays, with occasional extra closures shown on the official calendar. Seats are held for 90 minutes; private rooms run two-hour slots from 11:00, 13:00, 17:00 and 19:00.
