A directly run Sushi Saito branch, opened March 2024 in Azabudai Hills Market (Garden Plaza C, B1) beside tuna dealer Yamayuki; not the Roppongi counter. Chef Junya Takimoto trained at Saeki in Kitashinchi and joined Sushi Saito in 2018.
