Reservation only, on TableCheck or by phone; no release rule is published. Dinner starts can be chosen from 17:30, 18:30 or 19:30; the 21:00 course starts together. For guests overseas, the official site also links an English, Chinese and Korean booking concierge.

Exceptions and seasons

Dinner 17:30–22:30, Monday to Saturday; lunch from 11:00 on Saturdays only. Closed Sundays and public holidays; ask about long holidays. Ten counter seats. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without contact may be cancelled.

How do I book Sushi Saiko from abroad?

Sushi Saiko takes reservations online through TableCheck, which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card.
