How to book

No reservations

No advance reservations. Register in person at the Toyosu shopfront from 05:00 on the day; seating runs 06:00–14:00 and waits of two to four hours are normal.

What to expect: 16 seats (14 counter + one table); 60–70 minutes per seating, so arriving after 05:30 usually means a 2–4 hour wait. Closed Sundays, holidays and market holidays (mostly Wednesdays).
