Request through the reservation form on the official site (reply by email within 24 hours) or by phone; bookings are not accepted more than two months ahead. Parties of two or more only

Exceptions and seasons

Lunch from 12:00 and dinner from 18:00 (Tabelog also lists a second dinner seating at 20:00). No fixed closing day: closed on days with no bookings; the site calendar shows open seats for the next two months.

How do I book Sushi Cho from abroad?

Sushi Cho takes reservations through its own website, which you can use from abroad. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
