Reservation only, by the day before. Book online 24 hours a day through Ikyu or Pocket Concierge, or by phone (calls go most smoothly 15:00-22:00). How far ahead dates open is not published. The restaurant phones the day before; unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled.

Exceptions and seasons

Dinner 18:00-23:00 (last order 22:00); irregular closures. The course takes about 3-4 hours. Wine only is possible without booking when seats allow. Ask by phone about children of junior-high age or younger.

How do I book Restaurant Aréna from abroad?

Restaurant Aréna takes reservations online through Ikyu, which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
