OMAKASE at 09:30 JST daily (or phone 13:30–15:30) releases the same date three months ahead — book on the 3rd for the 3rd three months later.

What to expect: Three Michelin stars since 2007. Prime Friday and Saturday dinners disappear at 09:30 on the release morning; weekday lunches last longer. Parties of 2–6, no guests under 16.
