No reservations, queue only: arrive an hour and a half or more before the 11:30 and 16:00 openings, when your grilled-eel order is taken outside. Wed–Sun 11:30–13:30 and 16:00–19:30, or until the eel runs out; closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
