First come: the official site's booking button goes to TableCheck; Tabelog also takes online bookings, or call. Neither states how far ahead dates open. Ten or more guests: phone.

Exceptions and seasons

Open daily: lunch 11:00–15:00 (last order 14:30), dinner 17:00–22:00 (last order 21:00). Allergy requests at least three days ahead. Bookings may be cancelled 15 minutes after the time without contact.

How do I book Kuninda from abroad?

Kuninda takes reservations online through TableCheck, which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
