About this house

Eight-seat sushi counter in Chitose, opened 2013, serving seasonal Edo-style sushi with sake and wine. Omakase course ¥17,600, late omakase nigiri ¥13,200 (tax included).

How the book opens

Bookings open on the first business day of the month two months ahead, from 14:00 (e.g. 1 Aug for October). Pocket Concierge is the only official online booking site; phone bookings from 14:00 too. If a closed day falls on the date, it opens the next business day.

Exceptions and seasons

Two dinner seatings: 18:00–20:00 omakase course and 20:30–22:00 omakase nigiri. Closed Sundays plus about one other day a week. While its own premises are rebuilt, it operates at the counter of sister shop Sushidokoro Kita no Hana next door.
