Akazu (red-vinegar rice) sushi near Maruyama, Sapporo, with sea urchin and tuna and a sake list. Himeshara course of sushi and small dishes ¥33,000 including 5% service and tax, drinks extra; the same price for the private-room course.

The official site links to Pocket Concierge for online booking; Tabelog also takes online requests, and phone bookings are accepted. How far ahead dates open is not published (a June 2026 Tabelog reviewer booked about three weeks ahead).

Exceptions and seasons

Two dinner seatings, 17:00–19:00 and 19:30–21:30; closed Wednesdays, open Sundays. Nine seats plus private rooms. Strong perfume may lead to a seat change or refusal.

How do I book Sushi Himeshara from abroad?

Sushi Himeshara takes reservations online through Pocket Concierge, which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
