When does CHIUnE open its reservation book?
Reservations at CHIUnE next open on November 1, 2026 at 11:00 JST, for dates in December 2026. OMAKASE opens the whole following month on the 1st at 11:00 JST (card required, four bookings a year); a seat sometimes appears on the Shokuoku auction, and the phone does not take bookings. How do I book CHIUnE from abroad?
CHIUnE takes reservations online through OMAKASE and Shokuoku (occasional), which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured. A free release-date alert emails you the day before, on the morning of release day (08:00 JST) and about 30 minutes before when the opening time is known; houses that open a little every day come in a weekly summary.
