How the book opens

On the 1st of each month at 11:00 JST, OMAKASE opens Wednesday–Saturday seats through the end of the month after next. Sunday seats open separately on the Friday two days before, 11:00–23:00. Booking closes 23:00 two days ahead; no same-day or next-day bookings.

Exceptions and seasons

Usually full through the end of the bookable period; cancellations reappear on OMAKASE. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Kitchen serves four plates per lunch and four per dinner.
