Lunch Fri, Sat, Sun and holidays: doors 11:45, one start at 12:00. Dinner: doors 18:00, one start at 18:30. Guests junior-high age and up. Ingredient changes by 2 days before; special requests (2+ guests) by phone 5 days before. Closed days are posted monthly on the official site.
