Founded December 1967 by Takao Abe, on its Tega-numa hilltop since the early 1980s; Tabelog Soba EAST Hyakumeiten 2024 and 2025. 32 seats with private rooms; cash only.

How the book opens

No release day. Lunch is walk-in; reservations are taken by phone for course meals only — the lunch omakase at ¥7,000 before tax (¥7,800 with tax) or the evening omakase at ¥15,000 before tax (¥16,500 with tax), the only evening booking. After 18:00 reserved guests take priority; Mondays close at 15:00 (evening course bookings only)

Exceptions and seasons

Closes when the day's soba runs out — phone before an evening visit. From December to March evening service is basically until 17:00 unless a course is booked by 15:00 the same day; the winter omakase includes duck hotpot. Private-room bookings carry a 10% service charge; table bookings reserve the food only and guests are seated as tables free up. Monthly closures are posted on the official site (September 2026: 24–25 Sept).
