Tempura Shoshin-an (Sato Yoske) takes reservations by phone in Japanese only. Phone line: 0183-55-8885 (Japanese; during opening hours 11:00–15:00 / 17:00–20:00). From abroad, either call at those hours or have a Japanese speaker call for you.
