About this house

Kaiseki at a 10-seat counter in an Oshikoji townhouse looking onto a garden; one omakase course, reservation only. Chef Kazuteru Maeda, who trained in Kyoto, has run it since December 2019.

Ikyu charges 100% from the day before and states that overseas visitors must book through their hotel concierge; their direct online bookings will be canceled. Muromachi Yui takes reservations online through OMAKASE JapanEatinerary (official), Tabelog and Ikyu, which you can use from abroad with your own account and a credit card. If you would rather not, our Tokyo desk can request it for you: ¥12,000 per seat, charged only if the table is secured.
