TableCheck shows open dates with no end date beyond 5 March 2027. Online lunch bookings close at 23:00 the day before and dinner at 09:00 on the day; some lunch courses need booking by 18:00 three days ahead. Parties of 13+ or last-minute bookings by phone.

Exceptions and seasons

Open daily, lunch 11:30-14:00 (last order 13:30), dinner 17:30-21:00 (last order 19:30). Smart-casual dress at dinner. Lunch moves to the hotel's other restaurant La Mer on 12-16 Jan and 23 Jan-4 Mar 2027; closed 17-22 Jan 2027.
