How the book opens
Requests for the next month open on the 1st of each month at 21:00 JST (February dates open on 2 January at 21:00) and may close early. Send name, mobile number, party size and three preferred dates (no 'any time') by Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger or email; no phone or walk-in bookings. If an email gets no reply within five days, the request was not accepted.
Exceptions and seasons
Lunch Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat 11:00-13:00 and 13:30-15:00 (two seatings), Thursday 11:30-14:00; dinner 18:00-21:00. Closed Sundays, holidays and Mondays, no dinner Thursdays; open days vary by week and are announced on Instagram and Facebook.
