No reservations, queue only. Open 11:30–22:00 (closed Thursday); lunch peak brings a line, and the shop closes early once the soup is gone.

What to expect: The 1953 house that defined Wakayama's 'Ide-style' tonkotsu-shoyu and set the Ramen Museum's 210-minute wait record in 1998. Local guides now describe the queue as fairly short outside peak lunch; free parking behind the shop.
