It doesn't have to be in our collection — name any restaurant in Japan and we'll try. Our reach is deepest with the houses we've profiled, so if you're open to it, those are where we do our best work.
We take on far more than the reservation — a private interpreter, a special arrangement with the house, a gourmet itinerary built around your booking, a photographer for the evening, and the restaurant's permission to shoot where it's normally not allowed. Note it above and we'll quote it individually. One limit: Japanese law reserves the paid arranging of transport and lodging for licensed travel agents, which we are not, so we can't book those directly — we'll point you to the right provider or send clear steps to book them yourself.
